The Fit but lazy girl pizza

 

Okay this one goes out to my lazy but healthy girls. Pizza is actually my favorite food (fun fact) and as much as I love to indulge in the real deal… this always satisfies my pizza girl needs while also being extremely low calorie, easy, and filling!

Try this at home for a quick and easy personal lunch or dinner!


Ingredients

  • Lavish flat bread (or flat bread of your choosing)

  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (I love Rao’s homemade brand)

  • 30 oz dairy free mozzarella (only because my stomach dies from dairy sometimes) but if you can do the real thing do it!

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 3 oz grilled chicken

  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp red onion

  • dash of Italian seasoning

  • parmesan (optional)


Lay your flatbread on a cutting board and have all of your other ingredients prepped and ready!

Add your marinara sauce, red onion, cherry tomatoes, grilled chicken, spinach, and any toppings of your choosing. Next top with your mozzarella cheese and parmesan.

Cook in the airfryer on 350 F for 10 mins or bake at 400 F for 12-15 minutes or until your cheese melts!
