Hi, I’m Ciara Wallace.

My cliché “health journey” has truly been a trial and error experience over the past 6 years. I’ve put my health and my body through A LOT and I know the struggle of finding balance between health, fitness, work, relationships, and well… life. I’m not here to just prescribe you another “diet,” but to create a lifestyle you love. My approach to health will allow you to experience a relationship with food and your body that is wholesome and free. Being healthy doesn’t have to be hard, it just takes some learning, guidance, and support along the way. My purpose is to be that support system and guide to your success!

As much as my certifications below are accomplishments I am very proud of, written qualifications only take you so far. To fully understand what a client feels and their struggles, a coach must have personal experiences of their own that caused them to grow and learn in their field of expertise. Through weight loss, weight gain, muscle growth, gut and stomach issues, hormone imbalances, I’ve been through a lot. If I can’t help your situation, I can most certainly point you in the right direction for guidance and support along your journey.

 

fitness

I am a NASM certified personal trainer, national bikini bodybuilding competitor, and fitness enthusiast. I have experience in coaching children’s Mixed Martial Arts, Water Aerobics, and have been a personal trainer for over 3 years. By dabbling in many areas of the fitness industry, I have a well-rounded knowledge that will help you achieve your strongest self!

nutrition

I am a IIN certified Health Coach and a certified Culinary Chef, meaning my education has taught me a lot about food, nutrition, and its impact on our health. Calories play a role in our weight management but it is so much more than just how much you eat but HOW and WHAT you eat. It sounds daunting I know, that’s why I’m here to show you the ropes!


My Approach

I’m not here to sell you a program and send you on your way. I want to teach you how to make your nutrition and fitness habits a lifestyle that you can continue forever. It’s not a 6 week fix. It’s changing your daily habits and actions to align with how you want to look and feel for years to come! I want you to learn from me then send you into the wild to thrive on your own with confidence!
