Fruit and yogurt bowl

This has to be one of the most easy and quick breakfast creations! No matter how tight for time you are in the mornings I KNOW you can make this healthy yogurt bowl before running out the door.

It is also fun because you can personalize it to your liking with yogurt type and various toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt (or your favorite yogurt brand)

  • 1 tbsp nut butter (my favorite is almond)

  • 1/2 tbsp raw honey

  • 1/4 cup homemade honey granola (I use my granola recipe that is shared on the blog)

  • fresh fruit

  • cinnamon to your hearts content


This process is similar to build-a-bear only its build-a-yogurt bowl.

Take your yogurt (I love plain coconut yogurt and I sweeten mine with monk fruit or stevia) and add it to your bowl. I find that it’s best to buy plain yogurt and sweeten it yourself as it will have a lot less artificial sweeteners and ingredients.

Start adding your toppings such as the nut butter (this is not optional trust me), raw honey, homemade granola, fresh fruit of your choosing (I love banana coins and berries), and lots and lots of cinnamon!
